Why are my emails being delivered late?

Most emails sent are delivered within minutes. If your emails are taking longer to send, this may be due to a mail quota issue. Follow these steps to check if you've reached your mail quota:

  1. Log in to cPanel
  2. Go to Mail 
  3. Go to Add/Remove/Manage Accounts 
  4. Go to Show Disk Space Used

The default disk space is 10 MB, so you may be exceeding the limit. To solve this issue, allocate more quota to your email.
