Why can't I see the website that I uploaded?

If you have uploaded your website but don't see the homepage that you have created, make sure:

  1. Your index page is named "index.html" or "index.htm" and you have deleted the temporary web page called "index.htm" file that is in the public_html or www directory by default.
  2. Your DNS is pointing to the right server. Please contact us if you don't know the DNS you should be using.
  3. If you recently changed your DNS, make sure you've waited up to 48 hours for DNS propagation.
  4. You've cleared your browser's cache.
