How do I change the account owner?

If a shift in roles has occurred in your organization or you can no longer manage your account and would prefer someone else to do it, you can change the role of one of your team members to take ownership of the account. If the new owner of the account is not yet a team member, please refer to our adding team members article before following the steps below.

  1. From the Cloudash client portal, navigate to Account Settings > Team
  2. Click the Edit icon on the team member you want to transfer ownership to
  3. Click on the Transfer Ownership To This User button
  4. Enter your password and click Authenticate to complete the ownership transfer

Please note: once you transfer ownership to this team member, you will no longer have ownership privileges.
