How do I submit a ticket?

If you have any sales, billing, or technical inquiries, you can submit a ticket to the relevant department directly from your Cloudash client portal.

  1. From the Cloudash client portal, navigate to ? Help Desk Support
  2. Click the Submit Ticket button on the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select the department you wish to submit a ticket to and click Next.
  4. Complete the presented fields with the necessary details and click Submit.

The relevant team will receive your ticket and respond as soon as possible.
