How to set/change contact email and contact preferences in cPanel?
To set/change contact email in cPanel, log into your cPanel account and navigate to Preferences >> Contact Information
Update your contact information
- You can configure up to 2 email accounts to receive account notifications.
Contact Preferences
- Select your desired notification settings in the Contact Preferences section.
- Click Save.
We strongly recommend that you do not use an email address that is hosted under your cPanel account. You may fail to receive messages when the server encounters problems. For example, if your mailbox exceeds its quota, you will not receive any emails, including notices.
