Why can't I access cPanel?

Updated by Josselyn Rodriguez

If you're unable to access cPanel, website and emails, it is possible your IP address is blocked in the server. Please check what your IP address is here and contact us so we can check this for you.

If you still can't access cPanel because the page is not loading, there is most likely a local firewall in your network that is blocking outgoing access to our control panel. To log into cPanel, please go to one of these links:

If none of the above URLs work, you may use : https://cpanel.yourdomain.com (this will only work if the domain uses our nameservers or if you have manually added A record for cpanel sub domain).

Replace 'www.yourdomain.com' with your own domain name. You can use any domain (addon, parked domains or sub domain) that point to your account for accessing cPanel. If you still cannot access cPanel, open outgoing port 2083 by contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

To prevent IP address blocking, please make sure you're using the correct credentials to access the server, whether you're checking your email or accessing cPanel. For example, if you change your email password, make sure to update all devices that you use to connect to your email and log out of those you no longer wish to use.
