How do I add or update my payment details?
Having a valid credit card on file allows for a smoother renewal process for services set to renew automatically. Please follow the steps below to add or update your credit card on file:
- From the Cloudash client portal, navigate to Account Settings > Payment Method on the left toolbar
- To add a new credit card, click on + Add New and fill in the necessary fields
- To update the credit card on file, click on the orange pencil button to edit
- Click the Create Credit Card or Update Credit Card button to save
