How can I create an auto-responder?

If you are on vacation or unavailable, you may want to set up an automated response to inform those who contact you. To create an autoresponder, you need to:

Creating an autoresponder in cPanel
  1. Log into cPanel
  2. Navigate to Email > Autoresponders
  3. Click the Add Autoresponder button
  4. Fill out the fields with the details of your automated response
  5. Scroll down and click Create to save your new autoresponder

To remove the autoresponder, navigate to the Autoresponders page and click Delete’ next to the automated response you want to remove

Creating an autoresponder in Plesk
  1. Log into Plesk
  2. Go to Mail and click on the email address for which you want to add an autoresponder
  3. Navigate to the Auto-Reply tab
  4. Check off the Switch on auto-reply box to enable automated responses
  5. Fill out the fields with the details of your automated response
  6. Scroll down and click OK to save your new autoresponder
  7. Navigate to the Auto-Reply page and clear the Switch on auto-reply box
